What is Paradigm Shift?
Paradigm Shift is a ministry within Common Ground Sea Point where a course is run twice a year to provide business skills and training to vulnerable entrepreneurs needing direction and assistance in achieving their business goals. Participants are mentored, trained and funded to start businesses that we hope will create many jobs and are encouraged to place God’s kingdom at the centre of their lives and business.
The program is an 8-week program with an expo market to showcase their products and a graduation ceremony to commemorate the end of the course.
